該（gāi）機型由容器、螺旋攪拌（bàn）葉片和傳（chuán）動部（bù）件組成：螺旋葉片一般做（zuò）成雙層或三層外層螺旋將物料從兩側向中央匯集，內層螺旋將物（wù）料從中央兩側輸送，形成對流混合。

Features:

This machine is composed of container,screw stirring paddles and transitionaI parts; the screw paddle are generally made into 1 layer or 3 layers,  the outer screw converge is  the  material to the  centre from two sides,  and the  inner layer of screw conveys the materiaI to  the two  sides from  the  centre,  so  as to from convection mixing.

適用範圍：

螺條混合機一般（bān）用於粘性或有凝聚性的粉粒（lì）體的混（hún）合以及粉粒體中添加液體及糊狀物（wù）料的混合，同時由於粘性（xìng）物料清洗困難的特點，適用於產量大、不經常更換品種的場合混合。
