結構特點：

該機（jī）型由容器、螺旋攪拌葉片和傳（chuán）動部（bù）件組成：螺（luó）旋葉片一般做成雙層或（huò）三層外層螺旋將物料從（cóng）兩（liǎng）側向中央匯集，內層螺旋將物料從中央兩側輸送，形成（chéng）對（duì）流混合。

Features:

This machine is composed of container,screw stirring paddles and transitionaI parts; the screw paddle are generally made into 1 layer or 3 layers,  the outer screw converge is  the  material to the  centre from two sides,  and the  inner layer of screw conveys the materiaI to  the two  sides from  the  centre,  so  as to from convection mixing.

適用範圍：

螺條混合機一般（bān）用於粘性或有凝聚性（xìng）的（de）粉粒體的混合以及粉粒體（tǐ）中添加液（yè）體及糊狀物料的混合，同時由於粘性物料（liào）清洗困難的特點，適用於（yú）產量大、不經常更換品種的場合混合。

Main Application:

The ribbon mixer is  generaIly  used in the mixing of viscous or adhesive powder material, or the mixing of powder which needs to  add liquid, and paste material.Meanwhile,because it is difficult to clean viscous material,the machine is suitable for the mixing case, where the output is large and there is no need of displacing material variety frequently.
