結構特點（diǎn）：

該機型由容器、螺旋攪拌葉（yè）片和傳動部（bù）件組（zǔ）成：螺旋葉片（piàn）一般做成雙層或三層外層（céng）螺旋將物料從兩側向中（zhōng）央匯集，內（nèi）層螺旋將物料（liào）從中央兩側輸送，形成對流混合。

Features:

This machine is composed of container,screw stirring paddles and transitionaI parts; the screw paddle are generally made into 1 layer or 3 layers,  the outer screw converge is  the  material to the  centre from two sides,  and the  inner layer of screw conveys the materiaI to  the two  sides from  the  centre,  so  as to from convection mixing.

適用範圍：

螺條混（hún）合機一般用於粘性或有（yǒu）凝聚性的粉粒體的混合以及（jí）粉粒（lì）體中添加液體及（jí）糊（hú）狀物料的混合，同時由於（yú）粘性物料清（qīng）洗困難的特點，適用於產量大、不經常更換品種（zhǒng）的場合混合。

Main Application:

The ribbon mixer is  generaIly  used in the mixing of viscous or adhesive powder material, or the mixing of powder which needs to  add liquid, and paste material.Meanwhile,because it is difficult to clean viscous material,the machine is suitable for the mixing case, where the output is large and there is no need of displacing material variety frequently.
