結構特點：

該（gāi）機型（xíng）由容器、螺旋攪（jiǎo）拌葉片和傳動部件組成：螺旋葉片一般做成雙層或三層外層螺旋將物料從兩側向中央匯集，內層螺旋將物料從中央兩側（cè）輸送，形（xíng）成對流（liú）混合。

Features:

This machine is composed of container,screw stirring paddles and transitionaI parts; the screw paddle are generally made into 1 layer or 3 layers,  the outer screw converge is  the  material to the  centre from two sides,  and the  inner layer of screw conveys the materiaI to  the two  sides from  the  centre,  so  as to from convection mixing.

適用範圍（wéi）：

螺條（tiáo）混合機一般用於粘性或有凝聚性的粉粒體的混合以及粉粒體中（zhōng）添加（jiā）液體及（jí）糊狀物料的（de）混（hún）合，同時由於粘性（xìng）物料清洗困難（nán）的特點，適用（yòng）於產量大、不經常更換品種的場合混合。

Main Application:

The ribbon mixer is  generaIly  used in the mixing of viscous or adhesive powder material, or the mixing of powder which needs to  add liquid, and paste material.Meanwhile,because it is difficult to clean viscous material,the machine is suitable for the mixing case, where the output is large and there is no need of displacing material variety frequently.
