主要用途：

  適用於化工、製藥、食品、飲料、種籽、礦渣等各行業的粉狀顆粒（lì）狀物料的幹（gàn）燥、冷卻、增業（yè），還可應用於同時進行幹燥與冷卻（què）與增濕作業。

Main application:

4、對物料表（biǎo）麵的損傷小，可用（yòng）於易碎物料的幹燥，物（wù）粒顆粒不規則時亦不影響工作效果。

5、采用（yòng）全封閉的結構，有效防止了（le）物料（liào）與（yǔ）空氣的交（jiāo）叉感染，工作環（huán）境清潔，可（kě）以連（lián）續生產。

6、機械效率與熱（rè）效（xiào）率高，節能效果（guǒ）好，比一般幹燥設置（zhì）可節能30%-60%。

Features:

1.Use vibration motor as vibration source. It is smooth in running and convenientin  maintenance.  The   noise is  low and the life is long.

2.The  state  of  fluidization  is uniform and no dead gaps and broken phenomenon.

3.It is good in adjustment and can be widely applied.  The thickness,  the speed of raw material moving inside machine and the change  of vibration breadth can be adjusted steeples.

4.It makes little harm to the surface ofraw material. So it can be used for fragile materials. If the granule is abnormal,  the effect  of process can not beeffected;

5.Fully   sealed  construction   effectively   prevents   cross   infection between  materials  and  air;  keeps  clean  work  environment   and makes it possible to continuous produce.

6.The efficiency of machinery and heat is high and 30-60% of energy can be saved than ordinary dryer.
