主要用途：

  適用於化工、製藥、食品、飲料、種籽、礦（kuàng）渣等各行（háng）業的粉狀顆粒狀物料的幹燥、冷卻、增業，還可應用於同時進行幹燥與冷卻與（yǔ）增濕作（zuò）業（yè）。

Main application:

1、振動源是采用振動（dòng）電機（jī）驅動，運轉平穩，維修方便，噪音低，壽命（mìng）長（zhǎng）。

2、流動化勻稱，無死空隙和吹穿現象，可以獲得均勻的幹燥、冷卻、增濕的製品。

3、可調性好（hǎo），適應麵（miàn）寬。料層（céng）厚度和在機內移動（dòng）速度以及（jí）全振幅變更（gèng）均可實（shí）現無級調節。

4、對物料表麵的損傷小，可用於（yú）易碎物料的幹燥（zào），物粒顆粒不規則時亦不影響工作效果。

5、采用全封閉的結構，有效防止了物料與空（kōng）氣的交叉感染，工作（zuò）環境清潔，可以連續（xù）生產。

6、機械效率與熱效率高，節能效果好，比一般（bān）幹燥設置可（kě）節能30%-60%。

Features:

1.Use vibration motor as vibration source. It is smooth in running and convenientin  maintenance.  The   noise is  low and the life is long.

2.The  state  of  fluidization  is uniform and no dead gaps and broken phenomenon.

3.It is good in adjustment and can be widely applied.  The thickness,  the speed of raw material moving inside machine and the change  of vibration breadth can be adjusted steeples.

4.It makes little harm to the surface ofraw material. So it can be used for fragile materials. If the granule is abnormal,  the effect  of process can not beeffected;

5.Fully   sealed  construction   effectively   prevents   cross   infection between  materials  and  air;  keeps  clean  work  environment   and makes it possible to continuous produce.

6.The efficiency of machinery and heat is high and 30-60% of energy can be saved than ordinary dryer.
