主要用（yòng）途：

  適用於化工、製藥、食品、飲料（liào）、種籽、礦渣等各行業的（de）粉狀顆粒狀物料的幹燥、冷卻、增業（yè），還可應用於同時進行（háng）幹燥與冷（lěng）卻與增濕作業。

Main application:

The  machine   is  suitable   for  drying .   cooling    humidifying  of powder and granule materials  in chemistry,  pharmaceutical, foodstuff, beverage and mining industries,also can be usedfor   drying,   cooling and humidifying simultaneously.

特點：

1、振動源是采用振動電機驅動，運轉平穩，維修方便，噪音低，壽命長。

2、流動化勻稱，無死空（kōng）隙和吹穿現象，可以（yǐ）獲得均勻的幹燥、冷卻、增濕的製品。

3、可調（diào）性好，適應（yīng）麵寬。料（liào）層厚度和在機內移動速度以及全振幅變（biàn）更均可（kě）實現無級調節。

4、對物料（liào）表麵的損傷小，可用於易碎物料的（de）幹燥，物粒顆粒不規則（zé）時亦不影響工作效果。

5、采（cǎi）用全封閉的結構，有效防止了物料與空氣的交（jiāo）叉感染，工作環境清潔，可以連（lián）續生產（chǎn）。

6、機械效率與熱效率高，節能效果（guǒ）好，比一般幹燥設置可節能30%-60%。

Features:

1.Use vibration motor as vibration source. It is smooth in running and convenientin  maintenance.  The   noise is  low and the life is long.

2.The  state  of  fluidization  is uniform and no dead gaps and broken phenomenon.

3.It is good in adjustment and can be widely applied.  The thickness,  the speed of raw material moving inside machine and the change  of vibration breadth can be adjusted steeples.

4.It makes little harm to the surface ofraw material. So it can be used for fragile materials. If the granule is abnormal,  the effect  of process can not beeffected;

5.Fully   sealed  construction   effectively   prevents   cross   infection between  materials  and  air;  keeps  clean  work  environment   and makes it possible to continuous produce.

6.The efficiency of machinery and heat is high and 30-60% of energy can be saved than ordinary dryer.
