主要用（yòng）途（tú）：

  適用於化工（gōng）、製藥、食品、飲料、種籽、礦渣等各（gè）行業的粉狀顆粒狀物料（liào）的幹燥、冷卻、增業，還可應用於（yú）同時進行幹燥與冷卻與（yǔ）增濕作業。

Main application:

The  machine   is  suitable   for  drying .   cooling    humidifying  of powder and granule materials  in chemistry,  pharmaceutical, foodstuff, beverage and mining industries,also can be usedfor   drying,   cooling and humidifying simultaneously.

特點：

1、振動源是采用振動電機驅動，運轉平穩，維（wéi）修方便，噪音低，壽命（mìng）長（zhǎng）。

2、流動化勻稱，無死空隙和吹（chuī）穿現象，可以獲得（dé）均勻的幹（gàn）燥（zào）、冷卻、增濕的製（zhì）品。

3、可調性好，適應麵寬。料層厚度和在機內移動速度以及全振幅變更（gèng）均（jun1）可實現無級（jí）調節。

4、對物料表麵的損（sǔn）傷小，可用於易碎（suì）物（wù）料的幹燥，物（wù）粒顆（kē）粒不規則時亦不影響工作效果。

5、采用全封閉的結構，有效防止了物料與空氣的交叉感染，工作環境清潔，可以連續生產（chǎn）。

6、機械效率與熱效率高，節能效果好，比（bǐ）一般幹燥設置可節能30%-60%。

Features:

1.Use vibration motor as vibration source. It is smooth in running and convenientin  maintenance.  The   noise is  low and the life is long.

2.The  state  of  fluidization  is uniform and no dead gaps and broken phenomenon.

3.It is good in adjustment and can be widely applied.  The thickness,  the speed of raw material moving inside machine and the change  of vibration breadth can be adjusted steeples.

4.It makes little harm to the surface ofraw material. So it can be used for fragile materials. If the granule is abnormal,  the effect  of process can not beeffected;

5.Fully   sealed  construction   effectively   prevents   cross   infection between  materials  and  air;  keeps  clean  work  environment   and makes it possible to continuous produce.

6.The efficiency of machinery and heat is high and 30-60% of energy can be saved than ordinary dryer.
