工作原理:

QLDJ型流化床式氣流粉碎機由氣源部（bù）分（fèn）、加料（liào）部（bù）分、粉碎部分、產（chǎn）品分級部分、產品收集部分組成（chéng）。氣源部分（fèn）提供的一定壓力和流量的（de）潔淨壓縮空氣和加料部分提供的固體顆粒在粉碎（suì）室（shì）中混合形成氣固二相流，由噴（pēn）嘴產生的超音速（sù）氣流使固體顆粒相互碰撞（zhuàng）而獲得粉碎（suì），然後由主機頂部的（de）分級部分將達到一（yī）定細度的微料從粉（fěn）碎室（shì）中分離出去，並由產品（pǐn）收集部分將產品收（shōu）集回收。

Working  Principle:

QLDJ series fluidized-bed airflow crusher consists of air supply unit,feeding unit,grinding unit,pow der grading unit and powder collecting unit.Thefresh compressed air from the air supply unit mixes with the barticles from the feeding unit in the grinding chamber and forms air-solid-phase flow.Thesupersonic airflow generated by the ejector makes the particles collide and crush into each other.Then those particles reached the required fineness is released by the grading unit on the top of the machine and is collected and packed by the powder collecting unit.
