工作原（yuán）理:

QLDJ型流化床式氣（qì）流（liú）粉碎（suì）機由氣源部分、加料（liào）部分、粉碎部分、產品分級部分、產品收集部分組成。氣源部分提供的一定壓力和流量的潔（jié）淨壓縮空氣和（hé）加料部分提供的固體顆粒在粉碎室中混合形成氣固（gù）二相流，由噴嘴產生的超音速氣流使固體顆粒相互（hù）碰撞而獲（huò）得粉碎，然後（hòu）由主機頂部的分級部（bù）分（fèn）將達（dá）到一定（dìng）細度的微料從粉碎室中分離出去，並由產品收集部分將產（chǎn）品收集（jí）回收。

Working  Principle:

QLDJ series fluidized-bed airflow crusher consists of air supply unit,feeding unit,grinding unit,pow der grading unit and powder collecting unit.Thefresh compressed air from the air supply unit mixes with the barticles from the feeding unit in the grinding chamber and forms air-solid-phase flow.Thesupersonic airflow generated by the ejector makes the particles collide and crush into each other.Then those particles reached the required fineness is released by the grading unit on the top of the machine and is collected and packed by the powder collecting unit.
