工作原（yuán）理:

QLDJ型流化床式氣流粉碎機由氣源部分、加料部分、粉碎部（bù）分、產品分級部分、產品收集部分組（zǔ）成。氣源部分提供的一定壓（yā）力和流（liú）量的潔淨壓縮空氣和加料部分提供的（de）固體顆粒（lì）在粉（fěn）碎室中混合形成（chéng）氣固（gù）二（èr）相流，由噴嘴（zuǐ）產生的超音速氣流使固體顆粒相互碰撞而獲得粉碎，然後由主機頂部的分級部（bù）分將達到（dào）一（yī）定細度的微料（liào）從（cóng）粉碎室（shì）中分離出去，並由（yóu）產品收（shōu）集部分（fèn）將產品收集回（huí）收。

Working  Principle:

QLDJ series fluidized-bed airflow crusher consists of air supply unit,feeding unit,grinding unit,pow der grading unit and powder collecting unit.Thefresh compressed air from the air supply unit mixes with the barticles from the feeding unit in the grinding chamber and forms air-solid-phase flow.Thesupersonic airflow generated by the ejector makes the particles collide and crush into each other.Then those particles reached the required fineness is released by the grading unit on the top of the machine and is collected and packed by the powder collecting unit.
