工作原理:

QLDJ型流化（huà）床式氣流粉碎機由氣源部分、加料部分、粉碎部分、產品分級部分、產（chǎn）品收集部分組成（chéng）。氣源部分提供的一（yī）定壓力和流量的潔淨壓（yā）縮空氣和加料部（bù）分提供的固（gù）體顆粒在粉碎室中（zhōng）混合形成氣（qì）固二相流，由噴（pēn）嘴產生的超音速氣流（liú）使固體顆粒相互碰撞而獲得粉（fěn）碎，然後由主（zhǔ）機頂部的分級部分將達（dá）到一定細度的微料從粉碎室中分（fèn）離出（chū）去，並由產品收集部分將產品收集回收（shōu）。

Working  Principle:

QLDJ series fluidized-bed airflow crusher consists of air supply unit,feeding unit,grinding unit,pow der grading unit and powder collecting unit.Thefresh compressed air from the air supply unit mixes with the barticles from the feeding unit in the grinding chamber and forms air-solid-phase flow.Thesupersonic airflow generated by the ejector makes the particles collide and crush into each other.Then those particles reached the required fineness is released by the grading unit on the top of the machine and is collected and packed by the powder collecting unit.
