工作原（yuán）理:

QLDJ型流（liú）化（huà）床式氣流粉碎機由氣源部分、加料部分、粉（fěn）碎部分、產品分級部分、產品收集部分組成。氣源（yuán）部分提（tí）供的（de）一定壓力和流量的潔淨壓縮空氣和加料部分提供的固體顆粒在粉碎室中混合（hé）形成氣固二相流，由噴嘴產生的超音速氣流使固體顆粒相互碰撞而獲得粉碎，然後由主機頂部的分級部分將（jiāng）達到一定細度的微料從粉碎室（shì）中分離出去，並由產品收集部分將產品收集回收。

Working  Principle:

QLDJ series fluidized-bed airflow crusher consists of air supply unit,feeding unit,grinding unit,pow der grading unit and powder collecting unit.Thefresh compressed air from the air supply unit mixes with the barticles from the feeding unit in the grinding chamber and forms air-solid-phase flow.Thesupersonic airflow generated by the ejector makes the particles collide and crush into each other.Then those particles reached the required fineness is released by the grading unit on the top of the machine and is collected and packed by the powder collecting unit.
