主（zhǔ）要用途：

  適用於化工（gōng）、製（zhì）藥、食（shí）品、飲料、種籽、礦渣等各行業的粉狀顆粒狀物料的幹燥、冷卻、增業，還可應用於同時進行（háng）幹燥與（yǔ）冷（lěng）卻與增濕作業。

Main application:

The  machine   is  suitable   for  drying .   cooling    humidifying  of powder and granule materials  in chemistry,  pharmaceutical, foodstuff, beverage and mining industries,also can be usedfor   drying,   cooling and humidifying simultaneously.

1、振動源是采用振動電（diàn）機驅動，運轉平穩，維修方便，噪音低，壽命長。

2、流動（dòng）化勻稱，無死空隙和吹穿現象，可以獲得均勻的幹燥、冷卻（què）、增濕的製品。

3、可調性好，適應麵寬。料層厚度和在（zài）機內移動速度（dù）以及全振（zhèn）幅變更均可實現（xiàn）無級調節。

4、對物（wù）料表麵的損傷（shāng）小，可用於易碎物（wù）料的幹燥，物粒顆粒（lì）不規則（zé）時亦不（bú）影響工作效果。

5、采用全封閉的結構（gòu），有效防止了物料與空氣的交叉感染，工作環境清潔，可以連續生產（chǎn）。

6、機械效率與熱效率（lǜ）高，節能效果好，比一般幹燥設置可節能30%-60%。

Features:

1.Use vibration motor as vibration source. It is smooth in running and convenientin  maintenance.  The   noise is  low and the life is long.

2.The  state  of  fluidization  is uniform and no dead gaps and broken phenomenon.

3.It is good in adjustment and can be widely applied.  The thickness,  the speed of raw material moving inside machine and the change  of vibration breadth can be adjusted steeples.

4.It makes little harm to the surface ofraw material. So it can be used for fragile materials. If the granule is abnormal,  the effect  of process can not beeffected;

5.Fully   sealed  construction   effectively   prevents   cross   infection between  materials  and  air;  keeps  clean  work  environment   and makes it possible to continuous produce.

6.The efficiency of machinery and heat is high and 30-60% of energy can be saved than ordinary dryer.
