主要（yào）用途（tú）：

本（běn）機廣泛（fàn）適用於製藥、化工、食品等行業，將潮（cháo）濕的粉末狀（zhuàng）物料製成顆粒，亦（yì）可（kě）粉碎塊狀（zhuàng）的幹物料，並能進行快速整粒。

Main application:

The machine can make granules from wet powder materials or break down the dry lumpish material. Which is widely used by the industries of pharmacy, chemical and foodstuff.

工作原理：

通過機械行動使滾筒（tǒng）往複（fù）擺動（dòng），將物料（liào）從篩（shāi）網中（zhōng）擠出製成顆（kē）粒或粉碎製粒或快速製粒。

Working method:

By driving of mechanism,the cylinder is swinging to-and-fro to force the target material squeezedfrom sieve to make out granules Orto smash it as granules.

Working  principle：

The fine powder material shall be continuously  mixed, particalized, eroidizer and compacted in the plant by  mechanical stiring force and  aerodynamic force produced by stiring force to complete the process of granulation. The shape of end products is spherical. The degree of spheroid is≥0.7,dia of the particals is from 0.3to 3.0mm ,rate of end products is ≥80%. The dia. of the particle  can  be changed properly  by means of adjusting the wetness of material or rotating speed of the main shaft .Generaly speaking ,lower moisture andhigher rotating speed, less grain size.

應用範圍：

該機尤其適用於輕質、細粉物料的造粒。細粉物料的基本微粒越細，顆（kē）粒（lì）的球形度越高，成球質量越好。一般要求物粒（lì）造粒前粒度應小於300目為宜。典型（xíng）應用物料：炭黑、白炭黑、陶土、高嶺土、電玉粉、分子篩、碳酸（suān）鈣（gài）、磷酸氫鈣等。

Applied scope:

This plant is   applied to the material with light mass and fine powder. Finer the basic partical, higher the degree quality of spheroid and quality. The requird  particle size  before granulation must less than 300 eyes. Typical applied  material: carbon,White Carbon ,pottery Clay, Kaolin, Urea formaldehyde, Molecular sieve, calcium Carbonate, and etc.
