主要用途：

該機組適用於製藥、食（shí）品、化工等行業。具有風冷、無篩網等多種性能，它不受物料（liào）粘度（dù）、軟硬度及纖維等限製，

對任何物料能起到較好的粉碎效果，特別適用於粉碎帶纖（xiān）維的中藥（yào）材、帶一定（dìng）油性的物料。

Main Application:

The machine is composed of feeder, grading wheel, pulverizing bIades, gears, pulverizing motor,  discharging gate,fans, collection box, dust collection box and etc. Any raw material, being feed into the grind chamber through the upper feeder, is pulverized by highspeed running blades. The fineness of the finished products is reguIated via the distance adjustment of grading wheel and grading plate. The highspeed running fans wiIl lead those pulverize dmaterial from grindingchamber to discharge gate via negative pressure while whose unpulverized remained in the chamber. The dust from grinding is filtered and recycled via the cloth bag or filter of the dust absorption box. The whole machine,designed according to GMP standard is madeof stainless steeI, with the features of easy structure, convenient operation and cleaning, Iow noise and high capacity, avoiding dust flying inproduction.

工作原理：

該機由加料鬥，分（fèn）級輪。粉碎刀片。齒圈，粉碎電機，出料口，風葉，集（jí）料箱，吸塵箱等部分組成，物料由加料鬥進入粉碎室（shì）。通過高速旋轉的（de）刀片進行（háng）粉碎，調節（jiē）分級輪與分級盤的距（jù）離來達到所（suǒ）要求的物料細度（dù），高（gāo）速旋轉（zhuǎn）的風葉把達到要（yào）求的物料從粉碎室（shì）引（yǐn）到集料箱布（bù）袋（dài）中，沒有達到要求的物料繼續在（zài）粉碎室中粉碎，集料箱（xiāng）布袋產生的粉塵由吸塵箱收集（jí），該機組按（àn）“GMP”標準設計，機構簡單，操作清（qīng）理方便。噪音小，產量高，機器（qì）采用不鏽鋼材料製作，粉碎過程中無粉塵飛揚。
