主要用途：

本機由（yóu）主機、輔機、電（diàn）控箱三（sān）個部分組成，具有風選（xuǎn）式、無篩（shāi）無網、粒度大小均勻（yún）等多種性能，生產過程連（lián）續進行。該機廣泛運（yùn）用於製藥、化工、食品等行業的物（wù）料粉碎。

Main application:

工作原理：

物料由料鬥經螺旋輸送器進入粉碎室；被高速旋轉的刀片剪切粉碎，通（tōng）過負壓風運的方法（fǎ）把物料運入旋風分離器（qì），排出物料粉塵由吸塵箱經布（bù）袋（dài）或濾筒（tǒng）過濾回收，生產過程中無粉塵飛揚，且（qiě）能提高物料（liào）的利用（yòng）率，降低企業（yè）成本。

Working method:

Raw material is delivered to the grinding chamber via hopper by spiralfeeder, and is cut and sheared by the high speed cutters, then the materialis moved into the whirlwind separator and sack dust catcher by the negative pressure sucking method. The dust is collected and recycled via cloth bag or fiIter of dust absorption box. There is no dust flying during production so as to improve the utiIization and decrease the production cast
