主要用途：

本機由主機、輔機、電（diàn）控箱（xiāng）三（sān）個部分組成，具有風選式、無篩（shāi）無網、粒度大小均勻等多種性能，生產（chǎn）過程連續進（jìn）行。該機廣泛運用於（yú）製藥、化工、食品（pǐn）等（děng）行業（yè）的物料粉碎。

Main application:

工作原理：

物料由（yóu）料鬥經（jīng）螺旋輸送器進入粉碎室（shì）；被高速（sù）旋轉的刀片剪切粉（fěn）碎，通（tōng）過負壓風（fēng）運的方法把物料運入旋風分離器，排出物料粉塵由吸塵箱經布袋或濾筒（tǒng）過濾回收，生產過程中（zhōng）無粉塵（chén）飛揚，且能提高物料的利（lì）用率，降低（dī）企業成本。

Working method:

Raw material is delivered to the grinding chamber via hopper by spiralfeeder, and is cut and sheared by the high speed cutters, then the materialis moved into the whirlwind separator and sack dust catcher by the negative pressure sucking method. The dust is collected and recycled via cloth bag or fiIter of dust absorption box. There is no dust flying during production so as to improve the utiIization and decrease the production cast
