結構與性能：

本機由料鬥、振蕩室、聯軸器、電機等組成。振（zhèn）蕩室內有偏心輪、橡（xiàng）膠軟件、主軸、軸承等組（zǔ）成。可調（diào）節的偏心重錘（chuí）經電機驅動傳送到主軸中心線，在不平衡狀態下，產生（shēng）離心力，使物料（liào）強（qiáng）製改變在篩內形（xíng）成軌道旋渦，重錘調節器的振幅大小可根據不（bú）同（tóng）物料（liào）和篩網進行調節。整機結構緊湊、體積小、不（bú）揚塵、噪音（yīn）低、產量高、能耗低、移動、維修方便。
