結構與性能：

本機由料鬥、振（zhèn）蕩室、聯軸器、電機等組（zǔ）成。振蕩室內有偏心輪（lún）、橡膠軟（ruǎn）件、主（zhǔ）軸、軸承（chéng）等組成（chéng）。可調節的偏心重錘經電機驅動傳（chuán）送到主軸中（zhōng）心線，在不平衡狀（zhuàng）態下，產生離心力，使物料強製改變在篩內形成軌（guǐ）道旋渦，重錘調節器（qì）的振幅大小可根據不同物料和篩網進行調節。整（zhěng）機結構緊（jǐn）湊、體積小、不揚塵、噪音低、產量高、能耗低、移動、維修方便。
