主要（yào）用途:

本機適用於製藥、化（huà）工、食品、磁性材（cái）料、粉體等行業，是粉碎、吸塵（chén）及（jí）連（lián）續出料（liào）為一體的新一代粉碎設備（bèi）。

Main Application:

工（gōng）作原理:

本機由粉碎機、旋風分離器、脈衝除塵箱及風機等幾大部（bù）分組（zǔ）成。該機是利用活動齒盤和（hé）固定（dìng）齒盤間的相對運動,使被（bèi）粉碎（suì）物料經齒衝擊、摩擦及物料（liào）彼此間的衝擊而獲得粉碎、粉碎好（hǎo）的物料（liào）經旋轉離心（xīn）力和風機的引力，進入旋風分離器，然後經關風機（jī）出料，粉塵進入脈衝除塵箱，通過過濾筒後回收，粉碎細度用篩網調節。整機按GMP標準設計，全部用不鏽（xiù）鋼（gāng）材料製作，生產過程中無粉（fěn）塵飛揚。

Working Principle:

This machine is made up of crusher ,cyclone separator, pulse dust evauator box  and blower fan etc. By means of relative

motion between movable and fixed fluted discs,material is crushed through impact and friction of the teeth and impact among

the material. The crushed material flows  into the cyclone separator by the gravitation of blower and rotating centrifugal force

then discharges through gate blower, dust come into the pulse dust-evauator box, filtrated and recycled by the filter cylinder.

The crushing size can be adjusted by the screen. Designed by the standard of"GMP"the whole machine is made ofstainless

steel.and there is no flying dust during the process of production.
