工作原理：

機組由主機、配料噴霧供給、淨化熱風、除塵排風及電氣操作等係統和部件組成（chéng）。包裝衣的素蕊在（zài）包衣筒內轉動，不（bú）停地作複雜軌亦運動,由噴霧供料係弘加壓，通過噴槍或（huò）滴管自動將包（bāo）衣介（jiè）質噴灑在素蕊（ruǐ）表麵，同時，由熱風櫃提供的潔（jié）淨熱空氣穿過素蕊層，使噴在素蕊（ruǐ）表麵形成的包衣介質迅速幹燥，使素蕊表麵快速（sù）形成一（yī）層堅固、致密、光滑的表麵薄膜。

Working method：

Tthis unit is consisted by main motor,spraying supply for compound material,hot-air-purifying,dust-removingand ventilating, and electric  operating system etc.the plain cores of troche or pill are rotated in the coating cylinder followingthesophisticated locus movement under the function of stirring retainer,meanwhile,the spraying supply system is pressured to spray the coating medium on  the pain  corns  auto   matically   via  the  spray the  coating medium on the pain corns auto matically via the spray guns orthe burettes.meantime,the clean hot air suppliedby the hot air cabinet crosses through the plain corns layer to dry the coating mediumformed on the  surface of plain corns quickly.in the end,a layer  of  hard, thick and  smooth medium isshaped on the surface  of plain corns quickly
