說明（míng）：

Dw係列是公司開發的穿流連續式幹燥設備，用於透氣性較好的片狀、條狀、顆（kē）粒狀物料的幹燥、對（duì）於（yú）脫水（shuǐ）蔬菜、中藥飲（yǐn）片等含水率高，而溫度不允（yǔn）許高的（de）物料（liào）尤為合適；該係列幹燥機（jī）具有幹燥速（sù）度快、蒸發強度高、產品質量好的優點。對脫水濾餅的膏狀物料，需經造粒或製成棒狀後亦（yì）可幹燥。

Explain:

DW series, firstly developed  by our company, is the kind of continuous drying machine for drying of  striping, flaky and granule materials of  good gas  permeability,  especially  suitablefor  those doesnot  allow  high temperature such  de-water vegetable  and  Chinese herbs.  Theseries  has Features of rapid dry,  high evaporation strength and good quality,  It can  also be applied to  the drying of de-water paste materials  when granulated  or become clubbed form.

應用：

脫水（shuǐ）蔬（shū）菜、顆粒飼料、味精、椰蓉（róng）、有機顏料、合成橡膠、丙烯纖維（wéi）、藥品、藥材、小木製品、塑料製品、電子元器件老化（huà）、固化等。

Application:

De-watering vegetable, granule feed ,sodium glutamate, desiccated coconut, organic pigment, synthetic  rubber, acrylic emulsion,  herbs, plastic, aging of electric parts, Etc.

工作原理：

物料由加料器（qì）均勻地鋪在網帶上，網帶一般采用12-60目不鏽（xiù）鋼絲網，由傳動（dòng）裝置拖（tuō）動在幹燥機內移動。幹（gàn）燥機由若幹單元組成，每一單元熱（rè）風獨立循環，部分尾氣由（yóu）專門排濕風（fēng）機排出，廢氣由調節閥控製，熱氣由下往上或由上往下穿過鋪滿（mǎn）物料的（de）網帶完成熱量與質量傳遞（dì）的過程，帶走物料水份。網帶緩慢移（yí）動，運行速度可根（gēn）據物料溫度自（zì）由調節，幹燥（zào）後的成品連續

Working principal:

The target  materials  are uniformly  put on the  mesh-belt  which generally  uses 12-60meshstainless steel and driven to  move  by transmission device. The dries is composed  of several units in  which hot air is circulated  separately. Some exhausts is brought out by special wet dis charger, waste air is controlled by adjustable valve. The hot  air passes through  the  mesh-beltcovered with the materials from the top to the bottom or vise versa which  completes the heat and mass transfer process and takes away wet content. The mesh belt move slowly  and its  speed can be adjusted  by  wet condition of materials. The drying materials fall into  the material collector continuously. The top  and bottom circulation units can be freely equipped according to the users' demand.The unit number can be selected according tobe demand.
