工作原理：

熱空氣由入（rù）口（kǒu）管以適宜的噴動速度從（cóng）幹（gàn）燥（zào）機底部進入（rù）攪拌粉碎幹燥室，對物料產生強烈的剪切、碰撞、磨擦而被微粒化，強化了傳質傳熱。 在（zài）幹燥（zào）機底部,較大（dà）較濕的顆粒（lì）團（tuán）在攪拌器的作用下被機械（xiè）破碎，濕含量較低、顆粒度較（jiào）小的顆粒被旋轉氣流（liú）夾（jiá）帶上升，在上升過程中進一步幹燥。由於（yú）氣固兩相作旋轉流動， 固（gù）相慣（guàn）性大於氣相， 固氣兩相間的相對速（sù）度較大，強化兩相間的傳質（zhì）傳熱，所以該機生產強度（dù）高（gāo）。

Working Principle：

Hot gas enters into the bottom of dryer and produces strong rotation stream that exerts strong Rushing effect to target materials. On the bottom of dryer, big and wetter particles are crushed To piece, whiIe small granule is brought up by rotating stream and drying further in the way up.

適用物料：

無機類（lèi）：硼酸、碳酸鈣（gài）、氫氧化物、硫酸銅、氧化鐵、碳酸鋇、三氧化銻、各種金屬氫氧化物、各種重金屬鹽、合成冰（bīng）晶石等；

有機物：阿特拉津（農藥殺蟲劑）、月桂酸隔、苯甲酸、安息（xī）香酸、丹、草（cǎo）酸鈉、醋酸纖維素等；

陶瓷類：高嶺土、二氧（yǎng）化矽、粘土；

染料類：蒽醌（kūn）、黑色氧化鐵、靛藍顏料、丁酸、氫氧化鈦、硫化鋅、各種偶氮（dàn）染料中間體。

食品（pǐn）類：大豆蛋白、膠凝澱粉，酒糟、小麥糖、小麥澱（diàn）粉等。

Scope of Application:

Organic compounds: Fenatrol(insecticide of agrochemicaIs), cadmium laurate, benzoic acid, germicide, sodium oxalate, cellulose acetate and so on.

Dyestuff: anthraquinone, bIack ferric oxide, indigo blue pigment, butyric acid, titanium hydroxide, zinc sulfide, alI kinds of intermediate of azo dye-stuff.

Lnorganic compounds: borax, caIcium carbonate, hydroxide, copper sulfide, ferrc oxide, barium carbonate, antimony trioxide, all kind of metaIlic hydroxide, all kinds 0f heavy metallic salt synthetic ryolite and so on.

Ceramics: kaoline, silicone trioxide, cIay and so on.

Foodstuff: soy protein, agglomerative starch, Iees, triticin, wheat starch and so on.
