主要用途：

用於小（xiǎo）丸的成型，也適用於（yú）製備膜控和（hé）骨架型緩，控釋小丸，是製藥，食品和化工（gōng）等行業製小丸的理想設備。

Main Application:

It is ideal palletizing  equipment for  pharmaceutical, foodstuff and chemical industries and can be used for shaping and coating of pellets as well as manufacturing of membrane control type and skeletal-type slow releasing pellets.

特點：

該機由擠（jǐ）出頭和整（zhěng）球裝置組成，它們裝於同一（yī）台麵上，使得結構更為緊湊，操作方（fāng）便，製丸時（shí），將（jiāng）含（hán）有原料藥和微晶纖維素、潤濕劑等輔料的混合料裝於擠出頭料鬥，經擠出絲條後再（zài）倒入整球裝（zhuāng）置整圓（yuán），在整圓過程中（zhōng）可通風幹（gàn）燥（zào），更換網頭，可製作不同（tóng）料（liào）徑的球形顆粒。

Characteristics:

It consists of  an extrusion head and a palletizing mechanism  which are arranged  on the same plane so as provide more compact structure and easier operation, when palletizing ,the  mixture of medicine powder raw material and adjuvant such  as avicael, wetting agent , etc， ls put  into the hopper of  the extrusion head,  the extruded strips  are transferred into the palletizing process,  then the pellets can be coated ,By changing of net head, pellets of different diameter can be manufactured.
