工作原理：

該機利用一對非傳動齧（niè）合齒輪作為積壓工作部件，其原理為容積式（shì）連續壓縮擠出造粒。該機對物料的適應範圍更廣，顆粒強度（dù）更高，且長短均勻。顆粒形狀為圓柱（zhù）狀，直徑一般可在2.0-8.0mm之間選擇，成粒率≥95%。
