農藥WG、WDG生產線工藝流程方(fāng)案(àn):

The technical process scheme of the pesticide WG and WDG production line:

造粒操作單元是整套工藝的核心。造粒機是確(què)定農藥造粒、幹(gàn)燥工藝流程配置的關鍵,依據農藥的特性、實驗數據及工程應用實例,選用(yòng)雙螺杆擠出造粒機(傳動(dòng)軸部分加冷卻水係統)或旋轉(zhuǎn)造(zào)粒機,其造(zào)粒(lì)所需的濕含量約為(wéi)12-18%。根據產品特性及生產工(gōng)藝(yì)情況,確(què)定本工藝設計(jì)方案主要由:⑴混合(hé)、⑵造粒、⑶幹(gàn)燥、⑷篩分、⑸包裝、⑹熱風及除塵係統組成(chéng)。

The core of the whole process is the granulation operating unit. And the granulator is the key to determine the pesticide granulation and the configuration of the drying process, and according to the features of the pesticide, the experimental data and the examples of project application, select a twin-screw extrusion granulator (the transmission shaft parts and the cooling water system) or a rotary granulator, whose moisture contend required for the granulation is about 12-18%. According to the product characteristics and the situation of the production technology, it is determined that the design scheme of the process is mainly composed of: (1) mixing, (2) granulating, (3) drying, (4) screening, (5) packaging, and (6) hot wind and the dust pelletizing system.

1、混合:將粉體農藥和液體所需比例分別投入混合機;混合(hé)機將粉體農藥和液體連續混合均勻,使物料達到適合造粒所需的物料狀態,以利造粒。

    1. Mixing: put the powder pesticide and the liquid into the mixing machine respectively according to the required proportion; the mixing machine will mix the powder pesticide and the liquid uniformly and continuously to make the material meet the material state that is suitable for granulation so as to facilitate the granulation.

2、造粒:將來自混合機混(hún)合均勻的濕(shī)物料,連續輸送入造粒機(jī)料倉,在特殊設計的螺旋(xuán)和擠出元(yuán)件的(de)輸送、擠壓作用下,物料從開孔模板被強製擠出(chū),並形成條狀。在擠出過程中和(hé)在(zài)後續操作過程(如幹燥、包裝等)條狀物料自然斷裂,從而得到長度基本均勻的圓柱狀顆粒,長度一般在3.0-6.0mm之間(視物料性質(zhì)變(biàn)化)。模板(bǎn)開孔孔徑可根(gēn)據需要調整、更換,以得到所需粒度的顆(kē)粒成品(pǐn),一般調節範圍是φ0.6-φ1.8mm。

    2. Granulating: continuously send the evenly mixed moist material from the mixing machine into the feed bin of the granulator, and under the effects of the transmission and extrusion of the specially designed screw and the extrusion element, the material will be squeezed out forcibly from the perforated template and formed a strip. In the extrusion process and the subsequent operations (such as drying and packaging), the strip material will fracture naturally so as to get the cylindrical particles with the basically uniform length that is between 3.0mm and 6.0mm generally (according to the changes in the material property). The hole diameter of the template can be adjusted and changed according to the needs in order to obtain the particles of finished products with the required particle size, and the general adjustment range is φ0.6-φ1.8mm.

3、幹燥(zào):幹燥是將造粒後濕含量為(wéi)12-18%的顆粒狀(zhuàng)農藥產品幹燥至1-2%,並形成成品。該過程(chéng)由幹燥機來完成操作。第 一段幹燥為高溫幹燥,以蒸發大量水分,第二段幹燥為低溫幹燥,使物料在降溫過程中蒸發微量(liàng)水分(fèn),以利產(chǎn)品質量便於直接包裝。這樣更利(lì)於(yú)生(shēng)產的穩定與幹燥(zào)係統節能。

3. Drying: drying is to make the granular pesticide products with the moisture content of 12-18% after the granulation drying to 1-2% and form the final finished products. The operation of this process is completed by a drying machine. The first period of drying is high temperature drying to evaporate great quantities of water, and the second period of drying is low temperature drying to evaporate trace water that can improve the product quality and is convenient for direct packing. In this way, it is more helpful to the stability of the production and the energy saving of the drying system.

4、篩分(fèn):顆粒與粉塵(chén)的分離,提高成品的質量。

4. Screening: make the separation of particles and dust to improve the quality of the finished products.

5、包裝:將成品顆粒(lì)通過負壓的方式輸送至包裝機完成包裝。

5. Packaging: send the particles of products to a packing machine through the method of negative pressure for the completion of packaging.

6、生產線熱風及除塵係統:保證在生產過程中物料水分的蒸發及粉塵的回收,達到潔(jié)淨生產和廢氣排放的環保要求。

6. The hot wind of the production line and the dust pelletizing system: ensure the evaporation of the material moisture and the recovery of dust in the process of production so as to meet the environmental requirements of clean production and exhaust emission.
